Sheelagh started writing as child thanks to the encouragement of her English Teacher. Over the years she has written school plays, student magazine articles, sketches for church services and occasional short stories .

In 2008 Big Paw Books published her first novel, Natural Talent.
Her Christian publications include writing for the Churches Together in England monthly national newsletter. Below are links to articles and reflections she has written for them.
